Janet de La Roche was one of the last Bohemians. Janet was an artist & a Flamenco dancer. She was born in Holywood, California and joined the Marines during WWII to break away from home. After the war, using the GI Bill, she went to every art school in LA. At Jepson Institute, she met Victor DiGesu, who she later married.
